Fees and Insurance

Dr. Sandoval will discuss fees directly with clients paying out of pocket.  Please call or text (626)590-9723​ or email Jen@Drjensandov.com for specific information regarding fees for services. When possible (and for limited office hours only) Dr. Sandoval can use a sliding scale for those with a true need and strong desire to work at therapy.  Dr. Sandoval can discuss with you your personal financial need when you call or email for an appointment. 

Insurance 

Dr. Sandoval currently accepts TRICARE. 

For all other insurances, Dr. Sandoval is considered "out-of-network," meaning she is not contracted with those insurance companies.  However, with PPO benefits, clients can usually use out-of-network providers.  You would pay Dr. Sandoval directly for the therapy, Dr. Sandoval provides you with a Super Bill (an insurance document that has your information and a diagnosis) that you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement depending on your benefits.  Please call your individual insurance provider for information on using an out-of-network provider for therapy services.
